Well I love the hotel atmosphere I feel chilled and relax and I would love to thank mainly for the French lady at reception were so nice and help me doing smooth checkin and attend all my queries promptly and 2nd night I extend with them and Guest service agent also very supportive. Housekeeping team is fabulous too. About the location and hotel is ideal and alain is my first priority interms of leisure.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was my first stay in Al Ain. It was a very relaxing and invigorating break, its right next door the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium so great for events. It has excellent facilities, rooftop pool, restaurant and DJ at night, its fun. Also next door to the Aloft are many great restaurants and cafes... Easy access in with your car and easy access out. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious and clean, food was good and good price, pool is nice but as a hijabi it was not very comfortable, The sound of the lounge party was loud at night, the sound insulation is not quite good, Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is comfortable, staff are welcoming, good services around the area you can even go for a walk. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff at the front desk very friendly and the luggage to and from the room very quick and professional. The rooms are uniquely designed and we had an exceptional stay there. Thanks to all!

There are many services, shops, and restaurants, available in the area within walking distance, there are 4 superchargers for Tesla, but not the normal 16 A chargers, however, you may use the 10 A sockets in the parking if you want to use your vehicle mobile charger.
